One of my favorite writers is the amazing J. L. Bryan. I discovered him when I downloaded JENNY POX for free and devoured the book in great big reading gulps. Since then I've read the entire JENNY POX series and his science fiction novel HELIX. He's a great horror writer and his sci-fi was pretty damn cool, too.
Therefore, when I found out he was writing a YA fairy series I wasn't too sure what to think. At first I wasn't too interested in the series, but eventually my curiosity got the best of me. I finally downloaded FAIRY METAL THUNDER and instantly fell desperately in love with this amazing series. It's witty and fun and has just enough moments of scariness to keep this horror writer happy.
The fifth book in the series, FAIRYVISION, is about to come out (and he let me read it already), and I definitely want to encourage everyone to snap up the series. The first book, FAIRY METAL THUNDER, is FREE (and so is JENNY POX) and a great read. If you haven't started reading this series yet, you need to right away.
I am so happy to be a part of the cover reveal for J.L. Bryan's latest entry into his Songs of Magic series.
So without further ado, here is the beautiful cover by Claudia McKinney of Phat Puppy Art.
